For months, crews have been leveling ground, laying foundation and then building a structure on a small corner lot. Surprisingly, there were no signs put up letting passersby know what was coming. It was all left to speculation.

New Aroma Joe's Near Costco in Scarborough, Maine, is Almost Complete

Located at 1 Bridges Drive, frequent visitors to the Costco in Scarborough, Maine, wondered if the new building was going to be a fast food restaurant, a coffee shop or something else.

All those questions were answered as the signature style and siding was placed on the new Aroma Joe's building recently.

There's still a few more hurdles to jump over but the new location should be open within the next few weeks.
