b.good Burgers Planning New South Portland Location

The popular burger chain b.good will open a new restaurant in South Portland next to Olive Garden in October. 

According to Maine Eater, the popular fast food chain b.good is planning an expansion to South Portland and aiming for a mid-october opening. They'll take over the space left behind by the now closed GourMaine. The new b.good location will share a parking lot with Olive Garden amongst others.

b.good has found popularity in Portland's Old Port on Exchange St. They held a successful block party this past summer and the same owners of the Old Port location will be opening the new South Portland location. For more details on the owners, Maine Eater has them in their article right here.

Delays have gotten in the way of b.good's initial plan to open their 2nd location by mid-September as was first reported here by Urban Eye. Despite the delay, b.good plans to bring their same "evolving" menu to SoPo that's made them so successful in Portland.
