Beautiful Body Positive Plus-Sized Mainer Competing to Be a Maxim Cover Girl

Jillian Weeks needs your help to grace the cover of Maxim Magazine.

She is 34 years old and born and raised in Maine. She lives in the Bath area and has a 10-year-old daughter, Lileigh.

Jillian has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a Masters in Psychology, and she's working on her Ph.D. in Forensic Psychology. She is currently in second place in the quarterfinals in the Maxim voting process. She needs to get to first place to make it to the semi finals! She's already gone through FIVE ROUNDS OF VOTING! She's killing it!

Jillian has dealt with mental health issues and body image issues for the majority of her life. But, she has successfully managed depression for several years. She still has her moments, but nothing that isn't manageable. She says that she grew up thin most of her life until having her daughter. She would hide, never take full-body photos, and live in nothing but black all day every day.

Then in 2019, she started to stick up for herself more and was more open about her struggles. And she began to love her body. You can thank a boudoir photo session with Kristen McKay in Bangor for that, as Jillian loved what the camera captured. She's always admired the confidence of Lizzo, so she decided to put it all out there for a chance to be on Maxim's cover. If she wins, she may just take the advice of friends, family, and photographers and get into plus-sized modeling! You go, Jillian!
