Bonnaroo’s 2014 Lineup Is Its Most Melting-Pot Diverse Ever
Jack White, Kanye West and Elton John top the wide-ranging group of artists scheduled to play 2014's edition of the annual Bonnaroo Music and Arts Festival. This year's fest will take place in Manchester, Tenn., over the weekend of June 12-15.
Other performers scheduled for Bonnaroo 2014 include Vampire Weekend, the Avett Brothers, Phoenix, the Flaming Lips, Neutral Milk Hotel, Skrillex, Frank Ocean and many others. You can check out a complete list at Bonnaroo's official site. Or better yet, just watch the video above.
While this is Elton John's first appearance at the music fest, White is no stranger to the Bonnaroo stage, having performed there with the White Stripes, the Raconteurs and Dead Weather.
West's headlining set will mark his first appearance at Bonnaroo since 2008, when he showed up onstage two hours late for his 2:45AM slot and was greeted by a sea of boos and chants of "Kanye sucks!" The rapper later blamed Pearl Jam for his tardiness, claiming the band's set ran over and caused delays in his stage setup.
Tickets for all four days of the fest go on sale at noon this Saturday, Feb. 22, here.
