Border collies are amazing animals. They are considered to be the most intelligent dog breed in the world with the ability to herd sheep and other livestock like no other animal. Sheep know who's boss when there's a border collie around.

I saw this photo yesterday in a Windham Facebook group of a border collie with what appeared to be a stray goat in the middle of Hemon Cobb Road in Windham.

Hannah Mae shared the photo when she saw the two walking with purpose. Especially the border collie. It's like it knew it had a job to do.

A job it took very seriously.

A job that no human with a camera pointed at its face is going to interrupt.

MUST...GET....GOAT...HOME!

When I asked Hannah about the photo and mentioned to her that this dog seemed all business, she said that the collie "didn’t give a s--- about the goat. He/she was headed home without it!"

Okay. Soooooo the headline of this article has been busted. Let's come up with a new one:

"Border Collie in Windham, Maine Doesn't Give a S--- About Dog - Just Wants to Go Home"

That's a little more accurate. Hey, if I was herding sheep all day and a lost goat came by, I probably wouldn't give a s--- either.

Hannah did update us to let us know that both the collie and the goat made it home safely however they are still not on speaking terms.
