Boston Bruns leading goal scorer David Pastrnak will be out at least two games after undergoing elbow surgery on Friday. It is a big blow for a team that has struggled to score goals and Pastrnak has been responsible for 25% of the B's goals.

He has 19 which is second in the NHL.

GM Don Sweeney says Patrnak had surgery to remove the olecranon bursa from his right elbow. He will missed at least two games.

Interestinly enough, David Backes had the same surgery earlier in the season. He missed five games over a two week period.

The B's host the LA Kings today at Boston Garden and play a total of four games this week.
