This little guy is waiting patiently for their owner to find them.

If you've ever had a kid in your life lose their stuffy, it can be super traumatic. I speak from experience. This adorable little doggy was found on the Eastern Trail in Southern Maine! It was placed securely at mile marker 12 1/4 just in case the owner comes back looking for it.

This makes my heart hurt just looking at it. Do you know who this could belong to? It was a perfect weekend for a walk on the Eastern Trail. If you've never been on the trail, it's amazing. It's 62 miles of paths that connect Bug Light in Casco Bay, South Portland to Kittery, Maine. Mile 12 1/4 is in Saco, so that may be where the little doggy decided to leap to do some exploring and got lost.

Parents go to great lengths to find the lost things that mean the most to their kids. We are hoping that this gets to those parents who may not be thinking, 'Ahhh, Facebook is where I'll find the little doggy!' Can you help spread the word that there is a lost doggy and where it is?

We had a stuffy named Puppy. Named by the child who loved it more than anything else in the world. It went missing too, and holy cow - the house was torn apart until one day it was found weeks later in a corner cabinet. I know wherever this little dog resides is a sad place. Let's help get him home!
