If you were in the mood for a classic chicken sandwich this past Thursday you had to be willing to brave a line of 200-300 people and make it through police-directed traffic for multiple hours.

Chick-fil-A opened its brand new location in Westbrook, Maine and opening day was as hectic as you would expect. This type of chaos isn’t normal for an opening day of a restaurant, but it is the norm for this chicken chain.

If you didn’t want to wait in line but still wanted some Chick-fil-A action, there was another option…

This Chick-fil-A original chicken sandwich was for sale on Facebook Marketplace in Portland for an extremely fair price of $250. The posting featured three photos of the sandwich, one in the packaging and two modeling the sandwich itself, positioned next to the famous sauce.

The caption read: “SKIP THE LINE AND GET YOURSELF A CHICK FIL-A SANDWICH! WILL DELIVER WITHIN 15 MILES OF PORTLAND! INCLUDED WITH YOUR PURCHASE IS ONE CONTAINER OF CHICK FIL-A SAUCE CROSS POSTED NO HOLDS!”

Within no time, the Facebook user’s post got some hits and according to the comments, there were at least 17 offers. The comment section had responses such as, “I’ll do 300 if you bring it to my door with a coke”; “400”; “I’ll give you my first born”; and “I’ll come by and take it for $200”.

I wouldn't consider spending more than $6 but if it were a Popeye's sandwich... Well, I may just drop some bands.
