Last night at WWE Summerslam, Bray Wyatt made his return to the ring after nine months of inactivity. Debuting his new persona, The Fiend, Wyatt’s entrance music got revamped from a dark indie piece to a crushing metal anthem, courtesy of Code Orange.

Following this year’s Wrestlemania, WWE began running bizarre vignettes with Bray Wyatt, inviting viewers into his Firefly Funhouse. The wildly popular skits blended the worlds of Mr. Rogers and Don’t Hug Me I’m Scared, while Wyatt completely revamped his backwoods cult leader persona into something much more welcoming and sinister.

Code Orange already have a history with WWE, playing Aleister Black to the ring during 2017’s NXT Takeover: Brooklyn. Once Wyatt’s Fiend had dismantled Finn Balor in a match, Code Orange confirmed their involvement on social media:

Code Orange are currently working on their follow-up to 2017’s breakout Forever. “I want you to feel something and be transported somewhere when you’re listening to it,” drummer / vocalist Jami Morgan told Loudwire. “We want to continue to build that. I think the next [album] is gonna be even more so that, I think it’s gonna be coming at you from everywhere; multidimensional.”
