Cowbell was the first full-service restaurant to open as part of the Rock Row development in Westbrook, Maine.

That development is now moving onto its next phase which will include townhomes and condominiums that will add regular residents to the space that already includes thriving retail, a busy Market Basket and an incredible medical campus.

Phase three of the Rock Row development expects to be completed in 2028.
