There's a couple things that have become synonymous with the Dropkick Murphys over the years. Number one is their association with Boston sports, particularly their songs "Tessie" and "I'm Shipping Up To Boston", which have been used as anthems by the teams in the region. Secondly is St. Patrick's Day, where you'll often hear a handful of tunes from the Murphys while consuming green beer.

At the heart of it though, the Dropkick Murphys are still just a band who loves to perform and they'll do just that this September with a pair of shows in both Maine and New Hampshire.
