If you are like many of us and have teenagers in the house this summer who are bored every 5 minutes, here's something that might interest them. Especially since, health and wellness is trending up lately.

Honestly, all the workout videos kids are finding online might be one of the few genuinely good things the internet has brought us.

And because of that, our teenagers want to work out and get buff. And this special treat won't cost a dime. Planet Fitness in Maine and throughout the U.S. is bringing back their High School Summer Pass program.

How Maine Teens Can Get Free Planet Fitness Memberships This Summer

That means teens ages 14 to 19 can work out for free all summer long at any of the 13 participating locations across Maine.

The program runs from June 1st through August 31st and honestly, it's not a bad deal considering a smoothies now somehow costs the same as a car payment.

The goal is simple, to give teens a place to exercise, move feel better mentally physically. And maybe, they'll spend a little less time melting into the couch doom scrolling.

According to the site, teens can sign up online or in the club and if they are under 18 a parent or guardian will have to sign a waiver. They'll also get access to free fitness training, workout plans in the app, and support from trainers.

Parents even get a free one day pass to check it out with them, that's wholesome.
