The beginning of a beautiful local partnership has just begun.

Announced on all of their social media platforms on October 7, Allagash Brewery is now the official brewery partner of Portland's very first professional soccer team, The Portland Hearts of Pine.

I can't say enough awesome things about this collaboration.

Allagash has been and continues to be a staple here in the city and surrounding states, and as a bartender, I can confirm how excited sports bars will be about this new duo.

"We’re proud to announce that we’ve signed on as Official Brewery Partner to Maine’s debut professional soccer club, Portland Hearts of Pine" - Allagash.com.

Rebecca Herrigel, Portland Hearts of Pine Manager of Partner Activation said,

"In June, Hearts of Pine announced Bissell Brothers as their first founding partner. As a major part of the partnership, Bissell Brothers will sponsor the ‘Bissell Brothers Beer Garden’ at all Hearts home game".

Fitzpatrick Stadium in Portland always brings a bit of magic to it during the soccer seasons, so it's going to be really awesome to watch a real soccer league play there.

According to Allagash, the team’s season kicks off in spring 2025 at the historic Fitzpatrick Stadium.

"Be on the lookout for us at home games, Hearts events at our brewery, and even a special collaboration beer for you to enjoy during matches"

I think I speak for every sports lover when I say we're all very excited.

Congratulations to both local entities, The Portland Hearts of Pine soccer team & Allagash Brewing. I'm excited to see what you two come up with! #LeadWithYourHeart
