Have you seen "Woman of the Hour" on Netflix starring Anna Kendrick yet? It's a true crime thriller, and she absolutely crushes her role.

This is also exactly why Maine loves Anna Kendrick so much.

She is great in any role she's put into and still presents herself as that Portland, Maine, native we all know and came to love. Hollywood doesn't seem to have gotten to her head, and we're proud to see it.

Anna recently was a guest on Netflix Queue where she was asked what an episode of the dating show called Love Is Blind would look like if was done in Portland, Maine.

As a Maine native herself, she gave probably the best answer we could have asked for.

"I think people from Maine are on the whole, pretty repressed. While everybody is crying in beautiful dresses finding the love of their loves, for Mainers, it would be like fist bumps," she said.

She's pretty accurate on this one. In a state full of flannels, big trucks, and laid-back people, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and assume Maine wouldn't do too hot on a dating show like "Love is Blind."

Which, in a way is pretty much a compliment considering most of the casts on these types of shows are ding dongs.

Here's the official trailer to her new crime thriller on Netflix called "Woman of the Hour."
