Spring is so under rated, am I right? It literally reminds us that no matter what, the world continues to keep moving and that change is a positive thing. That's coming from me therapist of course, but it's also taught me how to enjoy the slightly less freezing weather.
Adult Roller Blading
I cannot stress roller blading as an adult enough. If you're afraid you'll look too silly doing it, you're wrong. You'll look super cool like you're not wiling to let go of your youth yet.
It's freeing. Here's one of my favorite paved areas on the Eastern Prom to blade:
I really mean that though, guys. There's something about taking to your blades and gliding on bike trails that really sits well with the mental. There's also something about spring in Maine that makes it so much more fun since it's an activity that gets your blood pumping and the air is still a bit cooler.

Seashell Painting
This might sound so silly, I know, but Maine loves this stuff and tourists love to buy it. If you're feeling entrepreneur-ish and want to double down, sell your extra cool painted shells. I swear tourists will fund your new shell business, I've seen it happen on the wharf downtown.
Since the cruise ships dock at the Portland port, hundreds of people from "away" flood the streets of Portland and are willing to buy any type of souvenir- like hand-painted Maine seashells. Boom, you're welcome.
