2 New England Hotels on TripAdvisor’s List of Best Hotels in America

If you randomly asked people about the most important quality in a hotel, you would get different answers.  Some would say a top-notch restaurant, others would say a kid-friendly space, while others would say a world-class spa.

With so many options and so many hotels in the U.S., how can you possibly determine the "best of" list?  Well, each year, TripAdvisor does just that.

Using criteria based on real people and real reviews, the company releases a top list of virtually everything you need to know about travel.  Some of the most intriguing are places to stay.

These are divided into categories like Pets Included, Luxury, Kid-Friendly, Bed & Breakfast, and overall Top Hotels as part of the methodology.

Of the top 25 hotels in America, two of these outstanding places are in Massachusetts.

The Nantucket Hotel & Resort on Nantucket, Massachusetts, is casual luxury with so many extras for the children and furry friends.  Many reviewers consider the hotel the ultimate in relaxation.
