Listen to the Decemberists’ Brand New Studio Track, ‘Make You Better’

As promised, the Decemberists have shared a brand-new studio track from their upcoming album, 'What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World.' The new LP will be the band's first since 2011's 'The King Is Dead,' and you can listen to 'Make You Better' via Spotify below:

While this is the first time fans are getting a taste of the studio version of 'Make You Better,' frontman Colin Meloy has played it live throughout 2014 -- and in fact, he played it recently when he busked on a street corner in Brooklyn. Compare the studio track to his busk below:

Fans can pick up 'Make You Better' via iTunes beginning today (Nov. 3). 'What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World' hits the streets on Jan. 20 on Capitol Records.
