Clocking in at six minutes and 12 seconds, “The Ground Walks, With Time in a Box” is the longest track Modest Mouse have premiered from their highly-anticipated LP, Strangers to Ourselves. Already impressing fans with "Lampshades on Fire," "Coyotes" and "The Best Room," the newest track to emerge from Modest Mouse's new record is their catchiest yet; take it for a spin above.

Strangers to Ourselves is scheduled to hit the streets on March 17 via Epic Records and will be the band's first studio album since 2007's We Were Dead Before the Ship Even Sank. "The Ground Walks, With Time in a Box" is instantly recognizable as a Modest Mouse track, featuring familiar rhythm changes, Isaac Brock's distinct vocals and the band's poppy, jangly guitars, all culminating in an eerie blend of various sounds as the song fades out.

Modest Mouse will hit a number of festivals this year, including Gasparilla and Sasquatch, leading up to their appearance at the HomeAway Music and Arts Festival in Oro-Medonte, Canada. You can get the band's full tour itinerary here.
