Perpetrator Pens “Peter” Pattern on Pumpkins in Maine
Ah, fall. Such a magical time of year. Leaves are changing colors. The weather is getting cooler. Families are going apple picking and preparing for Halloween.
And then there are the pumpkins. Pumpkin spice lattes, pumpkin pie, and of course, pumpkin carving.
Pumpkin carving was an annual event in my home growing up. I loved getting those books where you could tear out patterns and get something really unique. Admittedly, halfway through I was pretty annoyed with the difficulty of patterns I chose, but still, I loved the annual family activity.
Someone in Ellsworth, Maine, clearly enjoys the activity too, only, instead of buying their own pumpkins, they instead chose to vandalize some decorative behind Flexit Cafe and Bakery with some particularly phallic carvings. Or should I say fish carvings...
These vandals are clearly novice pumpkin carvers. They didn't even scoop out the ooey-gooey seedy stringy insides!
Seriously though, get your own pumpkins. Those aren't your pumpkins to carve phallic pictures into.
