You’ll Notice This Change At Rock Row in Westbrook, Maine
What seemed like a pipe dream several years ago has really taken shape in the present. That would be Rock Row, a development in Westbrook, Maine, that now features thriving businesses and a medical campus with a new phase of development on the way.
That next phase will be built between Market Basket and the medical campus. The construction zone is already laid out and work has begun. All of that left people wondering what was going to happen to Rock Row's outdoor space and the answer shouldn't be surprising.
Quarryside at Rock Row in Westbrook, Maine, Will Take a Step Back in 2025
If you've driven by Quarryside this spring, you've likely noticed that much of the signage and semi-permanent structures have been taken down or removed. That usually spells trouble.
In the case of Quarryside, it's simply a step back. The outdoor space is still operational but will only be open during Rock Row's signature events throughout the summer and into the fall.
There's no live music, food trucks or happy hours planned this summer at Quarryside with no detail on if they may return in the future.
Rock Row Has Already Lined Up Several Signature Events For 2025
Rock Row is holding a series of signature events over the next few months. The first will be a Rock Row scavenger hunt, which looks to engage families starting on June 22. The finale will be June 29 at Quarryside that will feature music, balloons and face painting.
Later in the year, Rock Row will welcome the return of their Kids Fun Festival in September that will feature bounce houses, music and a children's entrepreneur market.
Rock Row will also host a signature Trick-or-Treat event in October.
