Mayhem Portland is Planning a Grand Opening in October
According to MaineBiz, Mayhem Portland is nearing its grand opening date after months of teasing its arrival.
They'll be located at 52 Alder Street in West Bayside. Mayhem plans to offer visitors multiple different options to blow off some steam.
There will be three separate rage rooms and two different paint splatter rooms for those a little high strung and needing a different kind of release. Mayhem will also be available for parties and team building events.
Rage Rooms Have Grown in Popularity in Recent Years
When you step inside Mayhem Portland, you'll probably instantly see the appeal. For whatever reason, it feels good to break stuff.
Mayhem Portland plans to offer 30-minute sessions for both their rage and paint splatter rooms. There is mandatory safety equipment and clothing in order to enter any one of their rooms.
For those that have extra frustrations to get out, Mayhem Portland plans to have add-on items like glass or ceramic items. You can also bring some of your own items to shatter into pieces.
Be advised advised that any item that potentially contains harmful chemicals will be feature an additional disposal cost.
Mayhem Portland has not set an official grand opening date but it is expected in October.
