Former Portland, Maine, Restaurant Sets Grand Opening in New City
It's an understatement to say that things have changed when it comes to restaurants Portland, Maine, over the last 10 or 20 years. Many of the longtime standard bars and restaurants that were the cornerstone of the Old Port no longer exist today.
Most of the those restaurants and bars have simply thrown in the towel. They had a great run and decided that run was over. But others saw the changing landscape of the city and decided to pick up and move elsewhere.

Late last summer, Sapporo announced that they would be departing their space in Portland and reopening in Falmouth. New space but same great menu and service that customers came to know and love in Portland.
