The road is now a little longer for Scott Stapp, who has extended his touring in support of the upcoming The Space Between the Shadows album into the fall.

The singer had already announced a solo tour that's set to kick off this Thursday (June 20) and will take up a majority of the summer, but after a quick breather, he'll begin another leg of U.S. dates that will carry over into the fall.

Weapons of Anew and Messer will provide support on the summer shows. The melodic metallers Weapons of Anew have been working lately on a new album, with plans to release it in the early portion of 2020, while Messer continue to tour off the strength of their self-titled 2018 album. It looks as though Messer will rejoin Stapp for the second tour leg, with Sunflower Dead taking over for Weapons of Anew. Ticketing and VIP packages for both tour legs can be found here.

Stapp's latest solo release, The Space Between the Shadows, is due July 19. It's already yielded the songs "Purpose for Pain" and "Name." Pre-orders are available here.
