It's been a couple of years but we are finally getting Shinedown back for a show in Northern New England.

Shinedown is a band that has been very good to WCYY listeners, playing everywhere from Bangor, Maine to Gilford, New Hampshire to Boston, Massachusetts to right here in Portland, Maine.

This time around they will be visiting the "Queen City" of Manchester, New Hampshire for a show locked in for Monday, July 20, 2026.

Last summer they hit the road with their "Dance, Kid, Dance" tour. This summer, they are calling the tour "Dance, Kid Dance Act 2".

The band has been teasing a new album for a while now. Since early 2025, they have released four radio singles. Their latest called "Searchlight" is closing in on the Top 5 on the rock radio charts.

The band has officially announced the name of their new album which will be called "Ei8ht" and will drop on Friday, May 29, 2026. You can pre-order the new album right here.
