It feels like half the City of Portland is under construction right now, which has made traffic worse and parking even more scarce than it already was. Add in the one way streets, the crazy intersections and the wild amount of jaywalking on a daily basis and it's enough to send anyone over the edge. Which is why we don't blame whomever this was for parking INCREDIBLY POORLY. We're just wondering why?

Shared on Facebook by Adam Roy, a small side street in Portland near Samuel's Bar and Grill was hope to someone that took a right turn from life and ended up directly in struggle city. This side street isn't heavily trafficked, but the driver of the SUV in question decided that the side of a hill with the backend of the vehicle in the road was the best they could do.

Parking in Portland. When will the fun ever begin?
