Sometimes, Ya Gotta Get Out Of Your Car

Summer is in full cruise-mode, and there's still plenty of time to see Portland--from one end to the other.So, last weekend, I ran out of hamburg for the grill, and went out to get more.  Then, as I was driving in Portland, I saw this out of the corner of my eye...a flash of color and I almost missed it.
