Joan Benoit Samuelson, a gold medalist, founded the race route that starts at Crescent Beach State Park and finishes at Portland Headlight.

I ran my first 10k road race on Saturday. I was super pumped to run the Beach To Beacon with nearly 7,000 people. Click to check out some pics.
