There have been some pretty creative forgeries of state inspection stickers by those who probably know their vehicle isn't going to pass, but this one may be the most unique of all time.

There's a large amount of frustration that people from Maine feel on a yearly basis when it comes to registering and inspecting their vehicle. In fact, some people have gone to drastic (and illegal) measures to make it seem like their car is on the up and up in Maine when it really wasn't...

For the second time in a calendar year, a person from Maine has been cited by police for having an atrociously awful homemade inspection sticker on their car.
