Parking Ban

The City of Portland has declared a parking ban ahead of the storm set to roll in Wednesday night.

Auburn was forecast to be right on that rain-snow line and opted to go with no parking ban. They made the wrong call.

Despite knowing their cars could be towed, some thought they were above the rules.

Cities and towns in Maine have parking bans during winter storms for a reason, and if you dare park on the street during one, good luck getting your car out.
