Throwback Thursday — CYY Top 5 at 5 From 7/24/00

I had only been hear a few months and was still gettin' my feet wet. This countdown brought back a lot of memories. It reminded me of certain station events, employees that are no longer with us, using dated audio equipment etc. This day in 2000 spotlights local, pop punk, novelty, nu metal and a Gordon Lightfoot remake by Elwood who would play a big CYY summer patio show that year. It triggered me to search for the actual performance on YouTube. To my shocking surprise, it was there! Thanks to DiscFrisker for posting it!
