Hear the New Twenty One Pilots Album a Week Early at Various Locations in Maine
Tyler Joseph and Josh Dun are the duo that make up the popular band twenty one pilots, and to the disappointment of fans all over the world, they have pushed back the release of their highly anticipated 7th album “Clancy” to May 24. But the band is turning this minor setback into a listening party for Mainers.
Instead of dropping it on May 17, they've decided to give us a little extra time to simmer in anticipation. The real reason for the delay is so they can film a video for every song on the album. This never even happened in the MTV video era. Crazy, right?
For twenty one pilots superfans, waiting another week may feel like an eternity. But there's a silver lining to this delay. Our friends at Bull Moose – the ultimate destination for music lovers across Maine – have always been there to turn a situation into a reason to celebrate. And they're pulling out all the stops for this album release.
Picture this: Saturday, May 18, a week before the official release date. All eight Bull Moose locations throughout Maine are transforming into epicenters of the twenty one pilots fandom, hosting listening parties. How the band and their record label are going to prohibit this puppy from leaking early is a good question, but that’s not our problem.
They will also have exclusive giveaways on tap for the event as well. With multiple locations hosting simultaneous listening parties, you've got eight options. Whether you're up north in Bangor, down south in Portland, or anywhere in between, there's likely a Bull Moose not too far from you (unless you’re way up in the county, in which case you might need to take a road trip).
