As Faith No More’s jam-packed tour in support of Sol Invictus, their first album in 18 years, continues on, the Mike Patton-led crew made a pit stop at Jimmy Kimmel Live! last night (Sept. 3). Watch them perform Sol Invictus’ “Sunny Side Up” and “Separation Anxiety” at the bottom of the page.

The San Francisco alt-metal outfit’s tour picks up this weekend with an appearance at Seattle’s Bumbershoot Festival on Sept. 6. From there, they have stops scheduled through October, including this year’s Riot Fest in Chicago and Afterschock Festival in Sacramento, Calif. See their complete itinerary on the band’s website.

Sol Invictus arrived back in May following the band’s 1997 full-length, Album of the Year, shortly after which they disbanded before reuniting in 2009.

While Patton is busy enjoying the positive reception of Sol Invictus, he also recently revealed he will soon put out another album with his supergroup side project, Nevermen. Comprised of Patton, TV on the Radio’s Tunde Adebimpe and Adam “Doseone” Drucker, the trio will drop their self-titled debut in October.
