If you've passed through Old Orchard Beach over the past few weeks, you've likely noticed work being done on a new restaurant right off the main drag at 12 Old Orchard St.
It's called Woody's Seafood Shake. A 'seafood shake' is a popular way to describe Cajun-style cooking where fresh seafood is often put in a bag with seasoned butter or garlic and shaken to give it a rich, deep flavor.
According to Google, Woody's Seafood Shake hasn't officially opened for business yet but they've posted their extensive menu online which means a grand opening is on the horizon.
Woody's Seafood Shake Menu Will Have Several Intriguing Items
Seafood is the name of the game in a spot like Old Orchard Beach, Maine, but Woody's seems committed to bringing some Cajun flare to a seasonal New England town.
Woody's menu boasts several different variations of fried catfish, fried oysters and fried tilapia. Woody's will have a selection of several different po' boy sandwiches as well as offering fried rice options. Including crawfish fried rice.
