A couple of weeks ago, Metallica released the full recording of their first 40th anniversary show in San Francisco. The concert took place on Dec. 17, 2021, at the Chase Center and featured tracks that spanned their four decades, from "Hit the Lights" to "Spit Out the Bone."

And that was just the first night.

On Dec. 19, Metallica returned to the Chase Center for the second night of their 40th anniversary celebrations, and you can now download the show in its entirety at LiveMetallica.com or stream it on Nugs.

The second night in San Francisco included a similar kind of setlist that covered their entire career, but instead of starting in 1983, they kicked the gig off with "Hardwired" and closed things out with "Seek and Destroy." Between the two shows, there were no duplicated songs, which means fans heard 32 different tracks from every single album, including S&M and the Mission: Impossible II soundtrack.

While Metallica are planning the release of the deluxe box set of Load and Reload, fans are hoping they release some sort of special edition of their two 40th anniversary shows, too. Nothing has been announced yet.

But to celebrate the release of the Dec. 19 concert, Metallica have released the official live video of their performance of "The End of the Line" from 2008's Death Magnetic. You can watch it in all its glory below:

Metallica's next U.S. show is on Feb. 25 in Las Vegas, and then they hit the road in Chile, Argentina, and Brazil, returning to the states in May for BottleRock in Napa, Calif., and Boston Calling in, you guessed it, Boston. Check out their full tour schedule here.
