The national magazine Saveur, has named Forage Market in Lewiston, Maine, as having one of America's best bagels.

Matthew Kronberg from Saveur Magazine was invited to Lewiston by Father Paul Dumais to talk about Acadian ployes, a buckwheat flatbread, and to try some great bagels. Kronberg admits that he can be a New York City food snub and was thinking, "What does Lewiston, Maine know about bagels?"

It turns out to be quite a lot! The bagels are hand rolled, aged and fired in their brick oven.

They are located at 180 Lisbon Street in Lewiston and not only did they get a glowing review from Mr. Kronsberg, they also review great ratings and reviews on Google, Facebook and Foursquare.
