A New Food Truck With A Clever Name Opening This Weekend in Portland
There seems to be no slowing down with the food truck craze here in Portland. It's almost as if new food trucks are popping up weekly, which is great, I mean, who doesn't love options right?
One of the newest food trucks comes from Cape Elizabeth and they specialize in crêpes. Can you guess the name of the truck yet?
Crêpe Elizabeth is the area's newest food truck and they will be open this Saturday (Cinco De Mayo) at Fore River Brewery from 4-9pm serving up delicious, gluten free crêpes from their menu, which includes sweet and savory options such as Nutella crêpes, Citron which is fresh lemon, butter and sugar, they also have a cheddar and Swiss blend, cage free egg crêpe and so much more.
