Are These Decorations Inappropriate or All in the Spirit Of Halloween? [VIDEO]

Joe Dauria, a Pittsburgh resident is causing quite a controversy. He is certainly celebrating the Halloween season, but has he taken it too over the top? Neighbors have been complaining about the decorations in his yard. Blood, plastic dolls and a cannibal bunny rabbit are among the decorations. He says the biggest complaints have been regarding the baby dolls hanging from his fence.
