For nearly six decades, there's been a few constants along Pine Point Road in Scarborough, Maine. Those constants include campgrounds, seafood restaurants and a well-known ice cream stand.

Many of those constants belong to the Bayley family, whom have operated several successful businesses in Scarborough for a very long time. But they're ready to hand off one of those businesses to someone new as their longtime ice cream stand will undergo some obvious changes.
