The music community in Maine will come together in support of one of their own on Friday night at the Portland House of Music and Events. The benefit will be in support of Erika Stahl, a member of the beloved group Muddy Ruckus. Erika was recently diagnosed with a genetic renal disorder and is awaiting a kidney transplant. Her medical bills are outlandish, and several members of the music community have come together to perform and raise money to help Erika with some of those bills.

The benefit concert will take place Friday, February 7th at the Portland House of Music and Events. The concert will feature performances by the Mallet Brothers Band, Five on the Eyes, the Youngerbloods, the Jenny Lou Drew Band and Max Garcia Conover. Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 day of show. There will also be a raffle with great prizes the night of the show in hopes of raising additional funds for Erika.

If you can't make it to the benefit concert but still would like to donate to help Erika with her bills, this Facebook page has been set up to help.
