The Latest: David Ortiz Shot and Hospitalized in Dominican Republic

Reports Sunday night that Red Sox legend David Ortiz has been shot in the Dominican Republic. According to reports, Ortiz was shot between the left side of his lower back and his abdomen during an attempted robbery. A suspect has been detained by police. Reports are still coming in but we believe Ortiz has gone through surgery and is in stable condition.
