Dropkick Murphy’s and Rancid To Co-Headline Tour That Kicks Off In Maine This Summer

Hope you're ready to party this summer because the Dropkick Murphys and Rancid have announced a summer tour that kicks off right here in Maine in July. 

For several years now, Mainers that wanted to check out the Dropkick Murphys had to ship up to Boston. But this summer, that will all change. Waterfront Concerts announced Tuesday, that Dropkick Murphys will team up with Rancid for a co-headling tour, called Boston to Berkeley, that will kick off on Darling's Waterfront Pavilion in Bangor on Thursday, July 27th.

Both bands aren't shy about promising a party rather than just a rock show. The two bands have close ties, and have also promised something unique for concert goers. While both bands will have their own individual set lists each night, they plan to close out each show by playing multiple songs together on stage. Singing along and dancing along will be required.

Tickets for this show officially go on-sale Friday, March 10th at 10 a.m. There is no reserved seating for this show, simply general admission. Ready to party? We thought so.
