While people all across New England struggle with the new reality that many schools, businesses and gatherings are closed or cancelled, staying home and finding a way to keep your mind off of things will be challenging.

Especially with one of the biggest party days of the year happening Tuesday, St. Patrick's Day. So if you have some green beer stashed away in the fridge and all you're missing is the tunes, Dropkick Murphys want to help.

Dropkick Murphys have announced that they will be streaming their St. Patrick's Day performance for free online. The concert will be taking place in Boston and without fans but the Murphys just couldn't bring themselves to not play on St. Patrick's Day.

It would have been the first time in 24 years that the band missed a St. Patrick's Day performance.

So how do you watch? Well, that's up to you. The concert will be streaming live on a variety of platforms including YouTube, Facebook Live and Instagram. DKM promise that even without fans present, the band will put on an entire performance with the same vigor they'd have in a sold out room.

The concert will begin at 7pm eastern time this Tuesday night.
