The internet can be wonderful, but sometimes, it can just be dumb. Every year, something or someone goes viral completely by accident, and a small clip suddenly changes a person's life for better or worse.

That has been the case over the last few days for what the internet has dubbed as "Hawk Tuah" girl. In a TikTok clip that went wild, a woman from Nashville, Tennessee (who was likely quite inebriated), was asked to give a little advice on how to drive a man wild in the bedroom. Her response has sent the globe over the edge.

And because the internet is the internet, "Hawk Tuah" girl's popularity has skyrocketed. Philadelphia Phillies superstar Bryce Harper referenced her in a baseball game over the weekend. Articles from Egypt to Australia have been posted, sharing the myth and legend of "Hawk Tuah".

And now, a road sign on route 117 in Hollis, Maine, shared on Facebook by Dan Marcoccio, has been changed to remind passersby that while all good things come and go, the internet is forever. And right now, the internet demands that we bow down to the greatness that is "Hawk Tuah" girl.

Initially, drivers were caught a little off-guard by the signs in Hollis. People wondered if the signs had been altered by a clever hacker. Instead, the sign is privately owned by someone with a dark sense of a humor and an instantaneous love affair with "Hawk Tuah" girl. Don't be afraid to spit on that thang.
