Markathon: Center for Grieving Children Is Matching Donations

Markathon is all about music and a good cause. What could be better?

Well, we've got an answer.

The Center for Grieving Children facilitators are matching all donations made from 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. today (Friday, December 6)!

That means if you give $5, it turns into $10. If you give $50, it turns into $100.

And there's no limit, so matching goes as high up as people are willing to give.

Of course, all the requests and donations:

Are essential in helping the Center support children, their families, and other young people coping with the pain and challenges of loss and change.

Help invest in community-wide grief education, training, and crisis response, which the Center delivers regularly to schools, workplaces, and other organizations.

Help generate the revenue needed to operate Center programs and recruit, train and support the many devoted volunteers at the core of our model of peer grief support.
