Manchester, Maine Welcomes a Fresh Space for Wellness and Connection

Connected LLC officially opened its doors this past Saturday, March 1st, bringing a new wellness-focused space to Central Maine.

Located in Manchester behind Mulligans, the business has taken over the former Integrity Homes location, transforming a familiar building into something entirely different. It’s always interesting to see a space evolve, and this one feels like it’s centered on creating balance in the middle of our busy lives.

Connected LLC offers a range of services including hair, manicures and pedicures, facials, massage, and body hydration and exfoliation treatments. What stands out is how the services are designed to integrate together, like mini facials while your hair color processes or incorporating an additional treatment during a massage. It’s a thoughtful approach that makes self-care feel more intentional without adding extra time to your schedule.

Yoga is also a big part of what they’re building, and honestly, we could all use a little more zen in this crazy world.

One of the owners, Kristie, actually goes to my CrossFit gym and has been holding yoga sessions for members there. I really need to start implementing it into my own routine because I could absolutely use the stretching, and the practice of slowing down a bit more.

It’s encouraging to see a space like this open locally. In a fast-paced world, having something right here in Central Maine that encourages connection and balance feels like a step in the right direction.
