
Portland, Maine Hosting Star-Studded Benefit Concert for Wharf Fire Recovery
The city of Portland, Maine and beyond is coming together this weekend in a very powerful way. All to help support the those who were impacted by the Custom House Wharf Fire. And this will all happen, through the healing powers of music.
Yes, a massive benefit concert is being held at Aura Maine this Saturday January 17th at 6:00pm. Doors open at 5pm.
The Portland Wharf Recovery Benefit Concert will bring together a beautiful line-up of local and regional artists for a very meaningful show.
Portland Musicians Unite for Wharf Fire Benefit Concert
The tragic fire took place on December 26th and left a lasting impact on the community, businesses, workings, and families all connected to the historic Portland wharf.

Now, Maine is stepping up to help with all of the recovery efforts.
The concert has been organized by the legendary Don Campbell Band. Check out the flyer below, via Aura Maine Facebook.
The show will be emceed by 94.9 HOM’s Lizzy Snyder and WGME’s Jeff Peterson, with performances organized by the Don Campbell Band and special guests Jonathan Edwards, Chris James DiPietro, Joan Kennedy, After Dark Trio, Strange Brew Band, Joel Thetford, Andi Fawcett, Chase Jobe, Julia Haven, and more!
Each one of these incredible performers are donating their time to help raise money to support those affected.
And beyond the powerful music, this night is about community doing what they do to help fellow neighbors get through tough times.
As per Aura Maine, the proceeds from the show will go directly to the recovery efforts tied to the fire.
The evening will be filled with music, heart, and Mainers supporting Mainers.
