This is Fielding's Commons, a new condo complex with places to lease that became available in January.

There are 12 units total, each with two bedrooms with full baths, an open-concept living room, kitchen, and dining room, and a guest bathroom.

The kitchen has top-of-the-line Whirlpool appliances, granite countertops, soft-close cabinetry, laminate, and tile flooring.

How much is all of this going to run you every month? $2500. Yikes. I know the housing market in Maine is crazy right now, but let's be honest, that's a tough pill to swallow. Affordable housing is so difficult to find in Maine.

There are a few things included with your $2500 rent payment, however. Internet service including a wi-fi router and sewerage are included in the rental price.

If you have pets, this isn't for you, as they are not allowed.

It's nice to see more housing going up in the Windham area, but we really could use more affordable housing. However, if this is for you, get more details on the Zillow listing.
