Hannah and Liz have been friends since middle school, and now, they are the new occupants of Portland's oddest building.

Hannah and Liz own Vina Ann's, which sells desserts wholesale in restaurants like The Front and Grill Rooms, Dunstan Tap & Table, and J's Oyster. They sell quiches, cookies, brownies, and other treats to local markets like Pat's Meat Market, Dipietro's, and Ohno.

Vina Ann's is moving into the oddest building in Portland, Maine.

Vina Ann's will be focusing on classic Maine food and treats. If they don't make it, they will make sure it's made in Maine. They will have sandwiches, salads, and sweets, and want to give the people getting off boats a little taste of the classic foods Maine is known for! As Hannah says,

Who doesn't love whoopie pies, blueberry pies, and Moxie? Lots of people don't like Moxie haha but it's always fun to watch a tourist try it!

Vina Ann's is great news for Portland, Maine.

This tiny little building has been empty for years. Pre-made food is the perfect fit, because it does have electricity, but NOT water. The city-owned building is only 77 square feet. I'm sure you've been in bigger bathrooms (which, by the way, it also does not have).

Location, location, location.

This itty-bitty gazebo is on Commercial Street near the Maine State Pier, with plenty of foot traffic in the area! The City of Portland is renting this out for $1,000 a month. That's some of the cheapest rent in Maine.
