There's a twist this year to help Cans for a Cure.
What is the FYSA (Falmouth Youth Soccer Association)?
Falmouth Youth Soccer Association (FYSA) is a non-profit, volunteer organization that provides boys and girls ages eight to 14 with a positive and competitive soccer experience. They have over 330 players, making FYSA one of the largest soccer clubs in Maine. The fall schedule includes the annual Falmouth Fall Classic tournament. 150 teams from around Maine and New England compete over Columbus Day weekend in this very popular event!
How is this helping Cans for a Cure?
The Falmouth Fall Classic has hundreds if not thousands of people watching, participating, and supporting this youth soccer tournament. There's food and drink, and all those bottles and cans have to go somewhere! So, the FFC will collect all the bottles and cans, and Clynk will come pick them up!
How can I help support FYSA and Cans for a Cure?
It's easy! Starting on Saturday, October 7, come to the Falmouth High School field complex and watch some exciting soccer. While there, grab a drink or food at one of the many food trucks!
- Tacos Del Seoul - Korean-Mexican Cuisine
- Crispy Gai
- Vagabond Coffee
- Maine-ly Meatballs
- Mainely Burgers
- Snobirds Shaved Ice
It's three days of watching kids have the most competitive fun on a soccer field in Falmouth, Maine. Come have fun over the Columbus Day weekend and help Mainers fight breast cancer one nickel at a time.
