Maine Teachers Can Get Free Breakfast At McDonald's All Week

There is no doubt that our teachers are the under appreciated heroes of our society! For most, teaching is more than just a job - it is their calling. They do all they can to help their students, not just by educating them, but in many other ways, too.

McDonald's restaurants across the country are stepping up to show our teachers, and other school staff members, some appreciation.

According to WGME, all this week, teachers and school staff will be able to get free breakfast at McDonald's.

All you have to do is show your school ID to get a "Thank You" meal which includes one of three sandwiches, hash browns, plus a drink.

This is not the first time McDonald's has done "Thank You" meals. They gave away about 12 million of them to first responders last year.
